Mr A Buckley is responsible for the smooth running of the Practice. He organises administrative systems within the Practice, and will keep the Doctors informed of all Practice developments. If you feel you need to discuss any aspect of Practice administration he is always available to help and advise you.
All Receptionists are fully trained to deal with your needs. They make appointments, take messages (including home visit requests) and deal with repeat prescription requests. Please remember that if you are asked what may seem irritating questions, it is because they are trying to understand your needs in order to assist you and the Doctor simultaneously, which can at times be difficult.
The Midwife holds a weekly Antenatal Clinic at the Practice, and works closely with the Doctors to provide specialist care for Mothers before and after delivery, and care for new babies in the first few weeks of their lives.
